The purposes of processing your personal data are to handle your enquiries, deliver our services, and maintain the business relationship between you and Albarosa ApS.
Processing of personal data submitted through our contact and lead forms is based on our legitimate interest in being able to respond to enquiries professionally and in a timely manner, and to document any agreements entered into.
Where you have provided consent — for example by opting in to marketing communications — processing is based on that consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Processing necessary to fulfil a service agreement with you is based on the performance of that contract.
Your personal data may be passed to our data processors, including CRM platforms, email tools, and website analytics services, solely for the purpose of delivering our services. All data processors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Some of the tools we use may transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. A third country is any country outside the EU/EEA. Where such transfers occur, they are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism under GDPR Chapter V.
Your personal data is not transferred to international organisations such as the UN, EU, or NATO.
Personal data submitted through enquiry and lead forms is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, and for no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Data processed as part of an active service agreement is retained for the duration of the agreement and for 5 years thereafter in accordance with Danish bookkeeping requirements.
Providing your personal data is a prerequisite for us to be able to respond to your enquiry or deliver our services. Without this information, we will not be able to process your request or enter into a service agreement.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.
To exercise any of the rights below, please contact us at [email protected].
You have the right to obtain access to the personal data we process about you, as well as a copy of that data.
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about yourself corrected.
In certain circumstances you have the right to have personal data about yourself erased.
In certain circumstances you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to restriction, we may only process the data — apart from storage — with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
In certain circumstances you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, including processing based on our legitimate interests.
Where processing is based on your consent or on a contract, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including data stored in your browser's local storage. We group them into three categories: strictly necessary, functional and analytics. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Functional and analytics cookies are off until you switch them on in our cookie banner.
These are required for the website to be secure and work properly, and are always on. They are used, for example, to remember your cookie choice and, where we use it, to protect the site against bots and abuse. Because they are strictly necessary, they do not require your consent.
These enable extra features provided by third parties, and are only loaded if you allow functional cookies:
If you do not allow functional cookies, these features are not loaded, and data previously stored by the chat widget is removed from your browser.
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how the site is used.
Basic analytics (always on). Umami does not use cookies or store identifiers in your browser. On every visit it records page views together with non-identifying technical information such as the page address, referrer, screen size and browser language.
Heatmaps and session replays (optional). Only if you allow analytics cookies, Umami may, on a sample of visits, record how you interact with pages (such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) to produce heatmaps and session replays. All text on the page and everything you type into forms is masked, so the recordings do not contain what you write or read.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of our website, where you can switch each optional category on or off. Your choice is remembered for 6 months, after which we ask again. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of some parts of the site.
You can read more about your rights in the Danish Data Protection Agency's guidance on the rights of data subjects, which you can find at www.datatilsynet.dk. You may also file a complaint with Datatilsynet at the same address.
